Individual psychotherapy is also called therapy, psychotherapy, psychosocial therapy, talk therapy, and counseling.   

Therapy used to be stigmatised but hopefully is no longer as people see it is a strength to understand themselves and others better. 

I work therapeutically with people from all walks of life and of different ages to help with issues that are hard to face alone.  I will help you to realise that you may be repeating ways of tacking issues that does not work and that it is possible to try new more productive way. Taking responsibility for issues and problems is empowering and freeing and can overcome feelings of shame. It can increase positive feelings, such as compassion and self-esteem. You will learn a new ways of using language  and skills for handling difficult situations, making healthy decisions, and reaching goals. I hope you will enjoy the therapeutic journey of becoming more self-aware.
